                    Collection of your Rabbit

All our rabbits will come with one weeks supply of food which you can use to gradually wean your rabbit on to the brand you choose. We recommend that once you have chosen a brand of food to continue using this and not to swap around.  Each feed has different nutritional values and your rabbits health will be affected and stress will be caused if you are constantly changing brands. Burgess Excel and Russell Rabbit are two feeds highly recommended by the vets.

Your rabbit will also come with a Birth Certificate, care guide and a BRC ring with transfer of ownership documents if requested (only necessary if you wish to show your rabbit once a member of the BRC)

Terms of Sale

We will only sell our rabbits to people we feel are suitable, who will give them the proper care and love they deserve.  It is important to us that our rabbits go to homes where they will be happy and looked after properly.  We hold the right to refuse any sale.

We will not sell my rabbits to anyone under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

We have a waiting list so if you wish to purchase a rabbit from us it is on a first come first served basis.

Reservations can be made, and a non-refundable deposit will secure, your deposit will only be returned due to unforeseen circumstances on my behalf.

We do not sell our rabbits until they are at least 8-10 weeks of age and until we are totally happy that they are ready to go to a new home.  The rabbit you purchase will be fit and healthy when you collect it and we hold no responsibility for the rabbits' health and wellbeing beyond 48 hours of leaving our premises.  Once a rabbit has been paid for and collected no refund will be given.

All rabbits are being purchased from us as pets only, unless it has been otherwise specified and agreed.  If you wish we can ring a rabbit and provide a signed transfer card. (This is only necessary if you wish to show the rabbit once you are a member of the BRC)

We sex our rabbits to the best of our ability but please be aware that unfortunately due to the small size of these breeds and the fact that young rabbits under the age of 14 weeks are extremely difficult to sex, it is possible mistakes may be made. We highly recommend that you either neuter or spay your rabbit after it has reached the age of 15 wks.  This reduces the risk of health problems such as uterine infections in does, stops bucks from spraying and helps remove the risk of any behavioural problems associated with sexual maturity.

Our rabbits come with a weeks supply of food, a birth certificate and a care sheet.

If for any reason you are unable to look after a rabbit you have bought from us, we will gladly take it back and try to find it a suitable new home to go to.  No money will be offered in return.

                          Holiday Boarding

We do offer a holiday boarding facility for rabbits that are bought from us. So if you are unable to find anyone to look after your rabbits when you go away we are happy to do it for you.

Please note we do get very busy especially during the school holiday periods so try to book well in advance if possible.

                    Rabbit Supplies

I do sell some accessories these include:  Bowls, water bottles, water bottle spring attachments, hay, straw, wood shavings and food.  The only items I don't sell are the hutch & run.   I have some links for hutch suppliers on my Choosing Your Rabbit page.

The money made from any sales goes towards the upkeep of our stud.  It is not a business it is just a hobby!
