Terms & Conditions

We will only sell our rabbits to people we feel are suitable, who will give them the proper care and love they deserve.  It is important to us that our rabbits go to homes where they will be happy and looked after properly.  We hold the right to refuse any sale.

We will not sell our rabbits to anyone under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Our rabbits are top quality pedigree Mini Lops and are well bred and cared for. The price of our rabbits reflects the care, work and commitment that has gone in to raising them. As such we want our babies to go to good caring homes and be properly looked after.  If you are wanting a cheap rabbit then please look elsewhere. Homing and caring for a rabbit correctly is not cheap.

After you have made a reservation with us we are happy to advise you on the correct housing for your rabbit(s) and show you the rabbit supplies that we stock, that will aid you in having a happy healthy bunny.

We spend time with you when you collect your rabbit running through all the important care information and showing you how to handle, train and interact with your rabbit.

We offer on-going help & advice after you have collected your rabbit via email or phone. We can only offer advice about our rabbits, so if you have purchased rabbits elsewhere please direct any questions to the breeder you bought them from.

We normally have a waiting list so if you wish to purchase a rabbit from us it is on a first come first served basis.  A non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of reservation and we cannot hold the rabbit unless a deposit has been paid.  The deposit will only be returned if something unforeseen happens on our behalf.  Once a rabbit has been collected and paid for no refund will be given.

We do not home our rabbits until they are at least 8-10 weeks of age and until we are totally happy that they are ready to go to a new home.

Our rabbits will be fit and healthy when collected.  We hold no responsibility for a rabbits' health and wellbeing once it is in your care and cannot be held accountable for any unforeseen health problems or injury that may occur.  No breeder can predict the future health of an animal and we would never knowingly home a rabbit with any issues.   Insurance companies offer cover for rabbits.

All our rabbits are vaccinated against Myxomatosis, RVHD1 & RVHD2 so your baby rabbit will already be fully protected from these deadly viruses when you collect them from us.  Vaccinations must be kept up to date and boosters must be done by your vet every year.

All rabbits are being purchased from us as pets only, unless it has been otherwise specified and agreed.

We sex our rabbits to the best of our ability but please be aware that unfortunately due to the small size of these breeds and the fact that young rabbits under the age of 14 weeks are extremely difficult to sex, it is possible mistakes may be made.

We highly recommend that you have a buck neutered once it has reached the age of 16 weeks and a doe after the age of 6 months.  This reduces the risk of health problems such as uterine infections in does, stops bucks from spraying and helps remove the risk of any behavioural problems associated with sexual maturity.

Our rabbits come with a birth certificate, proof of vaccination and a care sheet.  On collection we run through in detail how to care for your rabbit and give you written instructions which should be followed.  If you are unsure about anything or have any questions please do contact me to ask.

If for any reason you are unable to look after a rabbit you have bought from us, we will gladly take it back and try to find it a suitable new home to go to.  No money will be offered in return.
